MCS services are provided by NetCom Systems professionals who are Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers - MCSE's.

The MCS family includes offerings that meet the needs of small- and medium-sized businesses and larger enterprise customers. These offerings draw on the variety of skills and experiences offered by both Microsoft and the Certified Partner System Engineers and Consultants - MCSE.

1- System Design and Implementation:
We will sit down with you to evaluate and formulate the best system and solution to fit your needs and requirements. We will provide you with a cost conscience design for a complete system that will cater to your current business processes without sacrificing  the flexibility and scalability that will allow it to grow and stay in line with your business growth.  Our system engineers (MCSE and CCNA) will perform the system installation and implementation according to the highest technical standards prescribed by Microsoft, Cisco and the system manufacturers. Our Support Engineers (MCSE and CCNA) are ready to provide you with state-of-the-art diagnosis and analysis of any problems or technical issues that might arise. All it takes is one call and your incident is logged in our Support Tracking System that will immediately start the diagnosis procedure utilizing the latest technology provided by Microsoft, Cisco and other Computer Manufacturers. A support engineer will be dispatched to your site ready to take care of the problem and make sure you are back online and taking care of your business.

3- Contracted Network Administration and Management:
We understand that you might not have the required resources or qualified personnel to handle the daily network administration and management tasks. That is why we have developed the "Contracted Network Administration and Management" program. With this program you do not have to keep an expensive Network Administrator on your staff. For a moderate monthly fee we will relieve you of the burden and tasks of Network Administration responsibilities.  Our systems engineer will log onto your network on daily basis to perform the daily management and monitoring tasks and make sure the system is running smoothly.
