GMAT Exam
Thank you for contacting NetCom Systems, the Pearson Vue Select Testing Center for the GMAT Exams. We provide all GMAT exam preparation and administration services. All information about the exam contents, rules and regulations are available here: http://www.mba.com.
Exam Time and Place:
The exams are administered Monday through Friday at 10:00 AM in our testing center in Hamra, Beirut located at: http://www.netliban.com/index.php/about-us/location.html. You will need to register for the exam at least 3 days in advance of the day you want to take the exam. Please do not wait till the last minute as places fill up quickly.
Registration Cost:
The exam fee is $250 which you can pay on-line using your credit card at the MBA web site: http://www.mba.com. If you do not have a credit card or you don’t feel comfortable to pay on line, then please contact our office and we can assist you with the registration.
The information we need is contained in the file http://www.netliban.com/download/gmatexam.zip. Please download this file, fill it in and submit it with payment at our office.
Prepare for the exam:
As for preparing for the exam we provide a GMAT Study Guide CD with simulation software that has an English and Math tutorial along with sample exam questions that you can use to study for the exam. We can also provide the “Official Guide for GMAT Review, 11th Edition” book. This is the only study guide with real GMAT questions—and their answers—developed by the test creators.
At this time we do not provide any classes for the GMAT as most students prefer to self-study using the Study Guide CD and the Official Guide.
Score:
An unofficial exam score report will be printed out and given to you at the end of the exam. This report contains all your scores of the exam except for the essay. The essay score will be included in the official score report which will be issued directly from the MBA.COM after 21 days and is emailed to you and also sent directly to the universities you choose at the beginning of the exam.
What to bring with you:
On the day of the exam please do not bring with you anything other than your passport. Your valid passport is the only acceptable form of ID and it is required to be admitted to the exam. You are not allowed to bring anything else. The following items are specifically NOT allowed in the exam room: Watches, calculators, pens & pencils, cellular phones, sun glasses, purses, wallets, paper, books, notepads, water bottles, tissues, Kleenex. We will provide you with pens and scratch pads to use during the exam, nothing else is allowed.
