Teachers are Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT) and Experienced Engineers
Our teachers are experienced engineers who are working in the field of their course. Their knowledge is not limited to the material of the books. They draw on their field experience and they share with the students the know-how and information they gain from real life situations. On top of all that, our teachers are tested and certified by Microsoft as Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT) or Cisco (CCNA) in the subject that they teach.

Repeat the course as many times as you like - at no extra charge
When you take a course with NetCom Systems you are not limited to just one session. If you feel that you need more instruction on the subject you can attend any future session at no charge - provided space permits.

High quality Multimedia course presentations
In the class the instructor uses several multimedia presentations and videos prepared especially for the course at hand. These presentations combine the effects of audio and video to present the subject in a manner that is highly understandable and retainable by the students. This method has proven to independent research that it is much more effective than the traditional methods, because it is based on a combination of audio and visual effects in comparison with just audio.

Unlimited training presentations
During the class days you are welcome and encouraged to come and use the class to take the training presentations as many times as you need. The lab will be available on the class days by appointment.  This way you are not limited to the class instruction only. You have the chance to re-take any subject as much as you like.

Simulated practice exams
We provide you with "Simulated Exams" that you can use to practice for the real exam. You can take the simulated exam as many times as you like for no charge. These simulations are prepared by Microsoft and they contain the same material that you will see in the real exam. This way you will get used to the method of the exam. You can test yourself to find out your weak points and know when you are ready for the real test.

Microsoft Press books
The books and software we use in the class are the Microsoft Press training kits. These books have been published by Microsoft Press and they cover the material in depth with all the theory and exercises related to the subject. These books are an excellent resource when you need to learn about the technology or prepare for the exam. All the certification exam questions are drawn on material from these books. After all,  they are published by the same people who publish the exams.

Authorized Pearson Vue Testing
NetCom Systems is an Authorized Pearson Vue Testing Center. So you can get tested in the same center and environment where you got your training.

Why don't we charge as much as the other guys?

Well, there is a very simple reason for that. Some companies base their marketing and sales efforts on the quality of their own products and services. While, on the other hand, some companies rely on the “NAME” of other companies in their marketing and sales techniques.

That is basically the difference between an independent business and a franchise. Unlike the independent business, the franchisee has to pay franchise fees and it has to share the profit with the franchise company. That of course, will reflect on that business's prices. The franchisee will have to charge higher prices so that he can pay the franchise fees and still make a profit.

The franchise method is great in the hamburger business because the franchiser is providing the hamburger; and it is usually a good burger. But in the services business - like training – the business operator still has to provide the service-product himself. The franchiser only provides the marketing techniques and the use of their name and logo. It is a little bit different than the burger business.

NetCom Systems is not in the burger business and is not a franchisee of any other company. We market our business on our own and we base it totally on the quality of our training and the excellence of our trainers. Of course we are backed and supported by Microsoft and Pearson Vue as being Certified and Authorized by them. But that is from the technical side only. They do not charge us any franchise fees nor do they dictate our prices. That is why we do not charge as much as the Horizontal Techs or the Mac Donald's of the franchise world. They have to pay their franchiser, and we DON'T!
